|Retention period: Personal data is retained for as long as we asses that you are interested in receiving the information, which usually means one years from your recent activity as a result of our marketing. We will annually send you a reminder and give you the opportunity to unregister yourself if you do not want to receive information from us. You can also at any time unregister from the information through the link in the information or by contact us. If you unregister, we will discontinue processing your personal data for these purposes.|
How we collect your personal data
We collect personal data provided by you when you sign up to the newsletter or in other request made by you or in other contacts with you.
Recipients of the personal data and processors
We may as data controller instruct another party to perform such processing as specified above. Consequently, that party will be assigned as processor and processing will not be done for any other purpose than stated above. Some partners and suppliers may have part of their activities in non-EU/EEA countries. Any transfer to such countries is done in accordance with applicable data protection laws and only to countries that provide adequate level of protection according to the EU Commission or that the supplier or partner has provided appropriate safeguards and on condition that enforceable data subject rights and effective legal remedies for data subjects are available.
You have the right to:
- Request information about what type of personal data we process and you may request a copy of these (extract from registry);
- Have incorrect personal data corrected and, under certain circumstances, ask us to erase your personal data;
- Have your personal data transferred to another controller (right to data portability);
- Withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data; and
- Object against the processing of certain personal data and request that the processing of your personal data is limited.
If you are unhappy with the way we process your Personal Data, you may file a complaint with the Swedish Data Inspection Board, which is the supervisory authority.
Please note that if we limit the processing of or erase your Personal Data we might not be able to provide the Service.
